Withdrawal notice and model form
Effective from 20 July 2026
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.)). If several products are ordered together, the period runs from receipt of the last item. The right may also be exercised between ordering and delivery.
2. How to exercise it
Send an unequivocal statement to [email protected] — you may use the model form below. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14-day period expires. Return the product without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of your statement, to: GeParts — Papasvili György Armen E.V., Hímesháza utca 4, 1182 Budapest, Hungary. The direct cost of the return is borne by the Customer.
3. Refund
We refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of learning of your withdrawal, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of return. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
